Windforce Safeguards Limited is a multidisciplinary company providing services in power generation, transmission and distribution, oil and gas both upstream and downstream, mining and mineral processing, manufacturing, and major infrastructure development across highways, airports, railways, and marine operations. The company also supports free trade zones, offering technical, industrial, and environmental solutions to large scale engineering projects across Nigeria.
The Challenge
Windforce Safeguards operated through separate manual and digital systems that limited efficiency and slowed internal coordination. The absence of a unified management platform made it difficult to process requisitions, manage grievances, and handle internal document exchange securely. The organization required a corporate website that would represent its diverse operations and also integrate portals to support transparent internal communication, workflow automation, and document management, while maintaining reliability and high performance.

Beep Digital developed the Windforce Safeguards corporate web and portal system using the KAS Framework v2.50 integrated with WordPress v5.9. The platform was designed to merge the company’s public website with three core internal portals for operational management.
